Zanzibar Itinerary 8 days 7 nights
Day 1: Meet and Greet at the airport and transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Day at Leisure
Day 3: Pick up at 9:00 transfer to stone town for city tour and Spice tours
City Tour Come and join our experienced guide for a half day visit. You will be introduced to the historic charms of old Stone Town. Hang around the old town and walk around the narrow streets of Stone Town where most of the houses date back more than 150 years, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage. The excursion incorporates a visit to the bustling bazaars, the past slave market and chambers, the National museum, the House of Wonders, the Old fort, Sultan‘s palace as well as cathedrals and countless mosques.
SPICE TOUR Discover new spicy smells, tastes and textures: from the punch of the chili to the juiciness of coconut flesh. You will be taken on a soft walking track of trees and herbs in the countryside – seeing, smelling and tasting the variety of spices, herbs and mouth watering tropical seasonal fruits including jackfruit, pineapple, green coconut and many others….
Day 4: Pick up from hotel at 09:00 transfer to Nungwi for Nungwi tour Half day
Discover how locals live their everyday lives and how they make their livelihoods. After that you will visit Mnarani Aquarium. Mnarani Aquarium is a small tidal lake surrounded by the porous coral rag stone that is home to dozens of endangered hawksbill and green turtles. You will get to feed the turtles with seaweed and to take photographs.
You will also have a chance to visit dhow (local boat) makers by the beach and see how a boat will be prepared or made from the scratch.
Day 5:Safari Blue full day
Safari Blue is a full day boat trip on a traditional hand build mahogany sailing dhow. Blue Lagoon Adventure explores the Menai Bay Conservation Area, which is home to two different species of dolphins, the Indo-pacific humpback and the bottlenose.
Day 6: Day of leisure
Day 7: Pick up fro hotel at 09:00 for Dolphin Adventure + Jozani Forest.
Dolphin Adventure Boat Trip (Half Day) Sharing a traditional motorised boat for this Dolphin trip, you will depart early in the morning, around 07h00 towards the south of Zanzibar to Kizimkazi. You have 90% of chance – recorded by our guest. Kizimkazi fishing village is home to numerous bottle-nosed dolphins and Humpback dolphins,
JOZANI FOREST The Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park is a 50 Km2 national park located on Zanzibar Island. It is the only national park in Zanzibar. This forest is inhabited by the Zanzibar Red Colobus, an endemic monkey species that exists only in Zanzibar.
Day 8: Departure from the hotel to airport
